    The U.S. – Israel Free Trade Agreement became effective in 1985, the first free trade agreement signed by the U.S. with another country. The agreement eliminated duties on manufactured goods by January 1, 1995. In 1985, Israel was the 30th largest trading partner of the U.S., but by 2005 it ranked 18th. Learn how to sell in Israel.     Get With It...Get Healthy

    Started in 2012, Get With It…Get Healthy presents a yearly charity event which currently benefits Look Good…Feel Better. Previous hosts have included Dr. Howard Murad, founder of the University of Inclusive Health, and Kathy Kaehler, fitness trainer.

    Look Good… Feel Better is dedicated to improving the self-esteem and quality of life of people undergoing treatment for cancer. The program helps improve their self image and appearance through complimentary group, individual, and self-help beauty sessions that create a sense of support, confidence, courage, and community.     Technical/Regulatory Forum 

    The ICMAD Cosmetic Technical/Regulatory Forum was created in 2005 by the Technical/Regulatory/
    Legislative Committee to provide a practical, more business-oriented follow-up to the popular
    ICMAD/FDA Cosmetic Regulatory Workshops.


    The format is continually being updated in response to requests from member companies for more
    information on specific topics and for expert assessments on the latest issues that have captured
    the attention of consumers, regulators and industry.

    This workshop will be held in February 5, 2015.


    FDA Workshop

    This all-day seminar covers some of the latest issues in the cosmetic and personal care products industry:

    • Updates on U.S. FDA activities
    • The latest information on the labeling of over-the-counter drugs and cosmetics- interactive exercise
    • Legal issues in the manufacture and distribution of cosmetics
    • How to substantiate the safety of your cosmetics and what can happen if you don’t

    This workshop will be held in NYC April 23, 2015.
