E-commerce
Due to the nature of our services we process orders promptly after payment has been received. When ordering on-line, you will be asked for your credit card information. If you wish to mail in your order, with our forms, please include your credit card number and card expiration date. We gladly accept checks or money orders for U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks for your mailed-in orders. Sorry, we do not ship on a C.O.D basis.

Refund Policy
ICMAD will provide refunds for publications purchased, if you are not satisfied, as long as they are returned in good condition to ICMAD offices at 1220 W. Northwest Highway, Palatine, IL 60067.

If you choose to discontinue your ICMAD membership, you must do so in writing. You may be eligible for a refund for the months that are unused. Please call the ICMAD office for more detailed information at 800-334-2623 or 847-991-4499.

Shipping Terms
Most orders are shipped by U.S. Mail. Larger orders may be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) at our discretion. Expedited shipping is available for your urgent needs. We can ship with Airborne, UPS or Fedex, by air, for next business day delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply for expedited delivery.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Outside the United States
Orders that are to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other destination outside of the United States will incur additional shipping charges in addition to the regular published shipping charges on this web site. These higher shipping charges will be quoted to you, for your approval, prior to processing your order.

SECURITY
We use reasonable precautions to protect our users' personal information and to store it securely. Sensitive information that is transmitted to us online (such as credit card number) is encrypted and is transmitted to us securely. In addition, access to all of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, we use Versign’s secure servers for personally identifiable information.

Rules for Message Boards
The Message Boards and others areas of the ICMAD Web site are provided as a service to members. Any information posted by members must be related to the purposes of ICMAD.

Members will receive a user ID name and password to access the Members Only section of the ICMAD Web site. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and password. ICMAD, in its sole discretion, may terminate a member's password and account for the Members Only section of the ICMAD Web site if the member's membership has terminated.

Members shall exercise both common sense and courtesy when transmitting messages. Members shall not use the Web site to transmit defamatory, disparaging, abusive or obscene materials or communications to anyone.

Members are prohibited from posting or distributing articles, files or other information subject to trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights except with the express consent of the owner of the rights. By posting material, the posting member warrants and represents that it owns the rights to such materials or has received permission from the owner of the rights. In addition the posting member gives ICMAD and other users of the Web site a non-exclusive right to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, print and use such information or other material.

Information posted on the Web site will not be treated as confidential. Responses to discussion topics are not to be relied on as professional opinions or consultations. The information, opinions and recommendations presented within ICMAD's Web site are for general information only.

The Web site is not to be used to conduct any other activities that may be illegal. For example, the Web site shall not be used to encourage software infringement, spreading of computer viruses, breaking into private computer forums, gambling, antitrust violations, or other unlawful conduct.

The Web site is not to be used in a manner that violates the mission, bylaws or other policies, procedures, rules or regulations of ICMAD.

Respect the security of the Web site. Users shall not attempt to gain access to areas private to ICMAD or other users.

Commercial advertising or product promotion by anyone other than ICMAD or those explicitly authorized by ICMAD in writing is prohibited. Use of this Web site to advertise or conduct surveys, polls or otherwise gather information about users or members without the express written permission of ICMAD is prohibited.

Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its choice of law rules. In addition, users/members consent to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Cook County, Illinois in the event of any dispute between the parties.

Amendment
ICMAD reserves the right to modify or change the rules of the Message Boards and other areas of the Web site as it determines from time-to-time.

By using this Web site, you agree with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
ICMAD does not actively monitor this site for inappropriate postings and does not undertake editorial control of postings. Nevertheless, ICMAD retains the right to remove materials that do not comply with this policy.
